FAQs

Why is the minimum package 3 months long?

Studies show that dormant, immature eggs undergo a 90-120 day maturation process prior to being ready for ovulation. This means that optimizing your egg health will take a minimum of 90 days.

Which length package should I choose?

I highly recommend starting with the 6 month package as this will provide the optimal amount of time to support your fertility goals. If choosing to start with the 3 month package, there is always an option to extend.

What happens if I get pregnant during the program?

I am trained in both preconception and prenatal nutrition & can continue to guide you throughout your pregnancy. Your remaining sessions will be credited towards prenatal nutrition to promote a healthy pregnancy. To see what areas of nutrition we can work on during pregnancy, click here.
