Olivia's journey into nutrition began during her studies in music when she encountered health challenges. Motivated to improve her well-being through nutrition, Olivia decided to transition into the field professionally, earning a bachelor's degree in Health & Nutrition Science. During this academic pursuit, her fascination with pediatric and reproductive health flourished.
After completing a successful internship at NY's #1 hospital, Olivia further honed her skills through a specialized pediatric and neonatal ICU fellowship. As a clinical dietitian, she has gained extensive experience working with diverse age groups, particularly in neonatal and pediatric ICUs, continuously expanding her expertise in pediatric nutrition.
Driven by a desire for deeper connections with individuals, Olivia transitioned into private practice after realizing that many patients had limited access to dietitians beyond their hospital stays. Olivia's passion for reproductive and fertility nutrition stems from her personal struggles with PCOS. Faced with unhelpful advice from various doctors, she conducted extensive research to find solutions for those sharing similar challenges. Specializing in fertility nutrition, she adopts an integrative approach to optimize outcomes for individuals and couples.
Olivia, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), proudly identifies as a member of the LGBTQ+ community and is deeply committed to cultivating an inclusive space within the heteronormative-dominated field of nutrition. Being part of the LGBTQ+ community, Olivia actively fosters a safe and inclusive environment for clients of all backgrounds and orientations. Her dedication extends to breaking heteronormative barriers in the health and wellness industry.
In her leisure time, Olivia finds joy in cooking, spending time with friends, and playing the piano.
